Chiropractic Appointment and Nutrition Appointment
What to Expect
What to Expect at a Chiropractic Appointment
At the beginning of the exam, several questions will be asked about your concerns. A comprehensive health history will be taken and a thorough orthopedic and neurological exam will be performed. X-rays may be required.
After the exam, the results will be thoroughly explained. The cause of your problem and treatment options will be addressed at this time.
Treatment will consist of chiropractic adjustments, deep muscle work, rehabilitative exercises, and/or physical therapy modalities. You can expect all treatments to be specifically designed around your needs.
Specific home exercises will be prescribed so your condition will continue to improve. The exercises will be demonstrated and explained carefully so you know exactly how to perform them.
What to Expect at a Nutrition Appointment
Before the examination, you will be asked for your primary complaint, and we will discuss how you are feeling and the reasons for your visit. I will go through an extensive questionnaire, reviewing your systems and organs. You will be given a brief explanation of how muscle testing works. An examination will be performed using kinesiology, specifically, System Strength Analysis, Nutrition Response Testing, and Morphogenic Field Technique. I will evaluate all this information, and devise a specific plan for you to start the healing process.
After the examination, you will be told which organs or systems are under stress, and the primary organ or system of concern will be identified.
You will be advised of any foods or toxins to decrease or avoid, and to increase your intake of green vegetables and fruit. You will also be instructed on how to take the whole food supplements or herbal combinations recommended specifically for you. Your compliance with your nutrition program is the primary factor in determining your success; I can only assist you on your journey.
